1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the newpak platform at newpak.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and newpak (the "Platform" or "we"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by newpak, including but not limited to: casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, promotional offers, bonuses, loyalty programs, payment processing, and customer support interactions. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
newpak employs automated age-screening tools and periodic manual review processes to detect and prevent underage account access. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered account belongs to a person under the age of 18, we reserve the right to immediately restrict access pending a full identity verification review, regardless of whether the account has previously passed an initial verification check.
3. Account Registration & Verification
Each player may hold one account only on the newpak platform. Opening, maintaining, or using multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals and bonus balances.
When registering your newpak account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false information at registration constitutes a material breach of these terms.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
newpak operates a KYC verification process in line with responsible gaming and financial compliance obligations. You may be required to submit the following documents at any point during your relationship with newpak:
- Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence.
- Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days, showing your name and residential address.
- Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming your ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account used for deposits.
- Source of Funds: In certain circumstances — particularly for high-value deposits or withdrawals — newpak may request documentation confirming the legitimate origin of funds used for gaming.

Account Security

4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the newpak platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). newpak accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer to accounts at major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Individual payment methods may apply their own minimum thresholds which supersede this general minimum.
- Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your newpak balance within seconds of payment confirmation.
- Deposits via Visa and Mastercard are processed within 1–5 minutes, subject to your card issuer's authorisation process.
- Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours depending on inter-bank processing times.
- newpak does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges, for which newpak accepts no responsibility.
- Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used to deposit. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed in full.
Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. You must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
- Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 10 minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
- Withdrawals to Rocket, Upay, and bank accounts may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.
- Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name. newpak reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming account ownership before processing any withdrawal.
- newpak may delay a withdrawal pending completion of additional verification checks in cases involving suspected fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse. Such delays will be communicated to the player in writing.
- Withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the player before processing is initiated. Once a withdrawal has been submitted to the payment processor, it cannot be reversed.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
newpak offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.
General Bonus Conditions
- Wagering Requirements: All deposit bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated in the specific offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x depending on the specific promotion.
- Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. The contribution rate for each game type is stated in the specific promotion terms.
- Minimum Odds: For sports betting bonuses, a minimum odds requirement per selection may apply. Selections placed at odds below the stated minimum will not count towards wagering requirements.
- Expiry Period: All bonuses carry an expiry date — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. Any unmet wagering requirements at the expiry date will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account.
- One Bonus Per Player: Players are entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion is explicitly stated as repeatable (e.g., weekly reload bonuses). Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
- Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Certain bonus offers cap the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from winnings generated by that bonus. The applicable cap, if any, is stated in the specific promotion terms.
newpak reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any bonus claimed in bad faith — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors — will be voided, and the account may be permanently closed.
6. Game Rules & Fair Play

- In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time — including during live play — to reflect changes in match conditions. Bets accepted before suspension are valid; bets submitted during a suspension period are void.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the newpak platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using another person's identity documents, or misrepresenting your age, location, or financial circumstances.
- Multiple Accounts: Opening or operating more than one account on the newpak platform, whether under your own name or a different identity.
- Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through multiple account creation, collusion, arbitrage strategies, or any method designed to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotion.
- Money Laundering: Using the newpak platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal or criminal activity. newpak complies with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game environment.
- Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated software to place bets, access the platform, or gain any advantage that would not be available to a human player acting alone.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider in bad faith while a withdrawal request remains pending or after a legitimate transaction has been settled.
- Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive behaviour towards newpak staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel.
newpak employs advanced fraud detection and risk management systems to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited activity is detected, we reserve the right to take immediate remedial action without prior notice, including the withholding of withdrawal requests pending a full investigation.
8. Account Closure & Suspension
Closure by the Player
You may close your newpak account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, we will process the closure within 2 business days. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5–10 business days of closure confirmation.
Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including concerns about problem gambling — are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool available in account settings, which takes effect immediately. Self-exclusion prevents reactivation for the chosen period and is a stronger protection than a standard account closure request.
Suspension or Closure by newpak
newpak reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure by newpak include but are not limited to:

- Suspected fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or other criminal activity.

- Court order, regulatory instruction, or legal obligation requiring account closure.
Where an account is closed by newpak due to a confirmed breach of these terms, newpak reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance to offset any losses, costs, or damages incurred. The player will be notified of the grounds for closure and the value of any withheld funds in writing.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. newpak will attempt to contact the account holder via the registered email address before applying a dormancy fee of ৳100 per month to the account balance. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be archived. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting support and completing re-verification.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, newpak's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their newpak account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
newpak shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable, disclosed in advance, or caused by negligence:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
- Loss of data or corruption of data.
- Loss of business opportunity or goodwill.
- Indirect, consequential, or special loss of any kind.
- Losses arising from a player's decision to gamble — gambling involves inherent financial risk and losses are a normal and expected outcome of participation.
- Losses arising from interruptions to service caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, internet connectivity issues, third-party payment processor failures, or force majeure events.
- Losses arising from a player's failure to read or understand the game rules or bonus terms applicable to a specific product.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes newpak's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by newpak's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
10. Amendments & Governing Law
Amendments to These Terms
newpak reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication of the revised terms at newpak.net/terms-conditions. For material changes — those that meaningfully alter your rights or obligations as a player — newpak will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
If you disagree with any amended terms, your sole remedy is to stop using the platform and close your account in accordance with Section 8 of these terms. You will not be entitled to any compensation for losses incurred as a result of discontinuing your use of the platform following an amendment.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Sports Betting Rules, and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and newpak with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, discussions, undertakings, and agreements relating to the same subject matter.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
